4.The daily maintenance of IHI crawler crane

1) No high speed or sharp turns. When the crawler crane is at high speed or sharp turn, it will cause accelerated wear of the track shoe, pin and bushing, and even lead to cracking of them.

2) Don't overload or drive long distances. The crawler crane does not allow for overload or long distance running, or it will shorten the service life of the track shoe and even cause safety accidents.

3) Don't load unbalance. If the crawler crane is loaded unbalanced for a long time, it will cause premature wear or damage of overload side track shoe.

4)Avoid driving on the float stone. If the crawler crane moves on the floating stone, it will cause the chassis to tilt and cause track shoe to fracture
