If pouring the salt water into electrolytic bath to apply the direct current power to the positive pole and negative pole, chlorine(Cl2) is generated at anode, caustic soda(NaOH) and hydrogen (H2) at cathode. Hydrogen is converted to gas as it is, while chlorine and caustic soda react immediately in the water, generating sodium hypochilorite(NaOCl) with strong sterilizing power.

The saline solution is inflowed into the electrolytic cell, and the DV voltage is given to positive electrode and negative electrode. As a result, Cl2 is generated at the positive electrode, and NaOH and H2 is generated at the negative electrode. H2 changes to a gas, and Cl2 and NaOH react in the water and become NaOCl, which has the strong sterilizing power.

1. Sterilization effect
It has the great sterilization effect for source germ of the food poisoning, and it can be applied to pasteurize the germ on the floor and clean it as well as sterilize the food.
(It has effect on especially legionella germ, staphylococcus aureus, colon bacillus, salmonella and o-157 germ)
2. Low density
The sterilizing power is great even in the lower density (70~80ppm), and the smell is less because the chlorine density is low. Therefore, it helps to improve the work environment.
3. Running water usage
The work efficiency is improving because it can be used as running water like tap water (spray).
4. Unnecessaries of dilution
Since the dilution is unnecessary unlike chemical sterilization, the work can be reduced and it is convenient to use it.
5. Environment- friendly
It is the sterilized water with less persistence and no need process for waster water treatment.
