TRANSACTION PROCEDURE: FOB TANK TO TANK -ROTTERDAM EN590 10PPM & Jet A1 Fuel

1. Buyer Sign JV agreement with our company that Buyer will be responsible about TSA/TSR against a good discount as per note number 1 as below.

2. Buyer issues ICPO containing the seller's procedure with banking details and scanned copy of buyer's passport along with (TSA) Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) from buyer’s Logistic Company.

3. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available products in Tank at the Port, for Buyer's review. 4. Upon successful verification of Buyer’s TANK FARM, Refinery/Main Supplier will send official email to buyer to confirm the Allocation for Our Company of the product plus confirm that product is available in their Rotterdam Tank and ask buyer to issue Minimum 5days TSR.

5. Upon payments confirmation by the buyer’s TANK FARM and 5days TSR will be Issued, Seller injects into buyer’s tank and issues the following: (Under the name of Our Company)

a) Injection Report

b) Tank Storage Receipt,

c) Tank Farm Bar-code information,

d) Letter of Commitment to supply,

e) Registration Certificate and certificate of origin,

f) Fresh SGS Report 48 Hours from tank,

g) Unconditional DTA

h) Authorization to sell and to Collect, i) Authority to Verify (ATV)

j) Injection of product Allocation quantity (PAQ) by Slot and Patch

6. Buyer conducts Dip Test and after he will receive successful fresh SGS report then makes the payment for the total value of product injected into the tanks through the means of MT103-TT.

7. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction, and subsequently monthly shipment continues as per terms and Conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.

Notes:

1- Price will be NWE Platt minus 10$/bbl. gross&Minus 8$/bbl. Net for Jet A1 fuel and NWE Platt minus 130$/MT gross&Minus 120$/MT. Net for EN590 10PPM WE WILL FOLLOW S&P FOB NWE PLATT CODE (PJAAV00) FOR JET A1 FUEL AND (AAVBF00) FOR EN590 10PPM 2- After Spot deal as TTT then we can deliver as TTV 3- Product is Non sanctioned (Kazakhstan documents) 4- Min quantity will be 100,000MT of EN590 10PPM & 2MN bbl of Jet A1 Fuel 5- Our Receiving bank for product value will be EMIRATES ISLAMIC BANK in Dubai - UAE 6- As we know that any tank farm will mentioned in TSA their refund policy which will explain that (Tank Farm REFUND POLICY: - If any time the Supplying Company fails to inject the product into the nominated tanks of the principal as it is identified via the Tank numbers on the Tank Storage Receipt, 100% of the storage fee paid in accordance with this agreement shall be refunded to any bank account provided by the Lessee within 24 hours of request.)..
