Biodegradable Jute Carpet Backing Cloth (CBC)

Jute Carpet Backing Cloth (CBC) is used as the base or backing material for both woven and tufted carpets. It is constructed of a plain open weave. Jute Carpet backing is stiff and adds dimensional stability to the carpet and also provides with biodegradability features in carpets!

It is used as both primary carpet backing and secondary carpet backing. Jute Carpet Backing Cloth (CBC) has many other uses like as construction textiles, protective textiles, etc. Primary CBC provides a tufting surface, while secondary CBC is bonded onto the primary backing for an overlay.

Jute Carpet Backing Cloths are available in various qualities & widths. Qualities available from 4.53 oz/yard to 12 oz/yard and widths from 80 inches to 203 inches!
