1. The device is composed of single-phase AC standard voltage source and standard current source as well as DC standard voltage source and standard current source which enable output.

2. It has calibration function, i.e. it can correct the output value of standard sources according to indicated values of external standards.

3. It can check manually and self-automatically in power system all kinds of single-phase AC power frequency indicators such as voltmeters, ampere meters, wattmeters, frequency meter and each type of DC meters which are not above class 0.2.

4. It can generate harmonic wave with 2~31 order, and it is can be program-controlled that the quantity and times of the harmonic wave, and the phase angle of the harmonic wave vs. fundamental wave.

5. There are USB interface and RS-232 interface. It can implement automatic verification by controlling of this device using PC via upper-computer software, and it will process and manage the results.
