JZ-ZT Molecular Sieve powder is a kind of hydrous aluminosilicate crystal, which is composed of silica tetrahedron. There are many pores with uniform pore size and holes with large internal surface area in the structure. If the holes and water in the pores are heated and driven out, it has the ability to adsorb some molecules. The molecules with smaller diameter than the pores can enter the holes, and the molecules with larger diameter than the pores are excluded, It plays the role of screening molecules.
Applications
The powder of molecular sieve is mainly used to make molecular sieve. By mixing with binder, kaolin and other materials, it can be processed into spherical, strip or other irregular shapes. After high temperature roasting, it can be made into shaped molecular sieve, or directly made into activated zeolite powder.
Molecular sieves with different specifications and shapes can be formed by adding binder to the raw powder of molecular sieves, and then roasted by special process, which can be widely used in petrochemical, fine chemical, air separation, insulating glass and other fields, and show their respective adsorption characteristics and catalytic characteristics.
