A: Our factory is located in Zhongtang District,DongguanCity,Guangdong Province. One hour by drive from Guangzhou. Ifyou want to visit us, there are following ways:

1. We will go to pick you up from the air port or your hotel inGuangzhou.

2. You can come by taxi.

3. Come by metro. Please take it to Humen Station, then we goto there to pick you up.

Q: Can you make my own brand and design? Is there any extracharge?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM is available. We can make customers' ownbrands and design without any extra charge. You can send us thedesigns you have created in CDR or AI or PDF format. Or tell usyour idea, then our designer will figure it out.

Q: What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: Our own HERIOS brand and package has no MOQ;

Private brand and design is 7500pcs for each item.

Q: Is it possible to get free samples? How can we get it?

A: Yes, samples are free within 5pcs. Samples will be sent bycourier through special agents in unregular way. Because theyare dangerous goods, and there is no any courier can acceptthem normally. But new customers need to pay for the couriercost. We will

surely deduct the cost from the amount when customers placeorders. It's better to send us the cost by Western Union. It'ssafe,fast, and has small extra handling charge. After receivingthe cost, samples will be sent out immediately by TNT, DHL orEMS. It will take about 5-7 days to reach you.

Q: How many days for production?

A: It will take about 25-30 days for one 20ft container.

Q: What's your payment term?

A: Payment term is as below:

1. T/T, 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/Lcopy.

2. T/T, 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
