What we use for our test are SAE standard/Chinese standard coarse dust with dust particles mixtures from below 5 to 20 microns particle size to reflect a more realistic environment.

7) Previously our precleaners are made from cold roll sheet and are treated before they are powder coated .We conduced trials with galvanized sheets & it has proven to have much better anti rust properties than cold roll sheel.

8) Galvanized steel sheets & we have done a “salt mist corrosion test” on it, test Reports available.It last 500 hours of continous test without showing any sign of rust.This is equivalent to around 4 years in the open environment without any rusting signs. I have seen one unit of Ocuatro display on a Sany Excavator in Brazil which have rusted quite badly.They are using cold roll steel.
