WORKING PRINCIPLE:
You only need to fill the upper hopper and start the machine.
The Plexiglas bean hopper is filled with coffee beans. The desired grind size can be adjusted with the adjustment lever on the front panel. The ground coffee falls into the container under the grinder. As the grinder heats up, it serves as a kind of roaster. It must be noted that Turkish coffee darkens and loses its flavor when the temperature exceeds the range of 50-60 degrees. Therefore, our machine works most efficiently when it is used in line with the principle “use for 5 minutes - let it rest for 10 minutes.”
