Uses
Sample baking, drying and sample digestion test, is a necessary tool for geological, metallurgical, environmental protection, agriculture, grain and cooking oil, forestry, food, medical and health, biochemical and other laboratories, as well as teaching and research. Sample digestion before chemical analysis of soil, feed, plants, seeds, heavy metals, ore. It is an ideal equipment of sample pretreatment for analytical instruments such as AA, ICP, ICP-MS, and atomic fluorescence. It can also be used for pretreatment and acid removal treatment of microwave digestion.

1. Corrosion resistance: Resist all kinds of acids: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid, aqua regia and so on. Resist Alkali and a variety of corrosive gases.
2. High temperature resistance: Max. temperature 350 ℃. (Plate temperature)
3. Temperature uniformity: The temperature difference of each point on the surface doesn’t exceed 5℃. Homogeneous batches of specimens (dozens of beakers) can reach boiling point at the same time.
4. Temperature control accurate: Can adjust temperature as desired, PID adjustment, temperature control accuracy: ±0.1℃.
5. Fast temperature rising: the time for room temperature rising to Max. temperature doesn’t exceed 40 minutes, and the mean value is 6.9 seconds/℃.
6. No pollution: The plate hardness: Vickers hardness 20, density 3.02, no scratches, no dropping slags.
7. Temperature measuring by the plate: The temperature displayed by the instrument is actual temperature of the plate surface (operating temperature).
8. Two heat zones: The Max. temperature of A main heating zone is 350 ℃, and Max. temperature of B secondary heating zone is 210 ℃.
9. Shell material: High-quality ABS plastic wrap angle.
10. Reuse: The undamaged plate system can be reused.
11. Safety of use: Multilayer insulation protection, in case of equipment failure, the alarm will be light and sound and stop work immediately.
