Components of a steel structure warehouse:
Steel structure warehouse buildings are usually composed of steel beams, columns, steel trusses and other components. Various components or parts are connected by welding, bolting or rivets.
1. Main structure
The main structure, including steel columns and beams, is the main load-bearing structure. It is usually machined from steel plate or section steel to withstand the entire building itself and external loads. The main structure is made of Q345B steel.
2. Substructure
Made of thin-walled steel such as purlins, wall beams and bracing. The secondary structure helps the main structure and transfers the load of the main structure to the foundation to stabilize the whole building.
3. Roofs and Walls
Corrugated monochrome panels and sandwich panels are used for the roof and walls, which overlap each other during installation, allowing the building to form a closed structure.
4. Bolts
For fixing various parts. Bolted connections can reduce field welding and make the installation of steel structures easier and faster.
