Application
Assessing package seal integrity is crucial to verify the packaging's ability to provide the required product protection. Seal integrity tests are commonly utilized to evaluate sustainable packaging alternatives, cost-effective packaging options, and variations in production line sealing parameters. Maintaining the dependability of package seals is essential to uphold product quality and safety.
Test Description
The sample is positioned in a water-filled chamber and covered securely. The control unit then extracts air until reaching the set vacuum. If a minor leak exists, the pressure difference expels trapped air, evidenced by bubbles emerging from the leak area.
Main Parameters
Test Range 0~-90 KPa Chamber Acrylic Cylinder Shape Test Space Φ270*H210mm (Inside Usable) Compressed Air 0.7MPa (Prepared by user) Power 110~220V 50/60Hz
Technical Features
1) PLC-controlled unit (industrial-level stability) with HMI touch screen operation. 2)To achieve a stable vacuum, considering the ease of obtaining compressed air, a Venturi tube is used for a vacuum level of up to -90KPa. 3)This testing method relies on visual observation, providing cumulative result numbers instead of direct Pass/Fail outcomes. 4)LT-03 offers a parameter-saving function for 5 groups, optimizing efficiency for users with diverse samples and test conditions (vacuum level and test time).
Additional features include:
5)Robust and transparent chamber with customization options for various sizes and shapes. 6)Optional inclusion of a micro printer for sample identification. 7)Optional adaptation for display in local languages. 8)Modification capability to work with a vacuum pump, enabling higher vacuum.
