Enzyme Name:Lipase
Description:A lipolytic enzyme preparation for industrial use such as on improving fat dispersion and production of waterproof, low-fogging leathers and removing lipids from the surface and sebaceous glands during the soaking liming and/or bating stages, as well as for other industrial application such as detergent, which is produced by submerged fermentation of a microorganism.
Usage rate:Generally, on tannery process, 80- 400 ppm (0.008-0.40 %) based on the weight of leather for degreasing (soaking in 40-200ppm) for 20-30 minutes without changing other processing aids (such as Penetrant JFC, degreasing aids etc…): Cattle hides: 0.008-0.02% / 80-200 ppm Goat skins: 0.008-0.02% / 80-200 ppm Sheep skins: 0.01-0.040% / 100-400ppm Fur:40-200 gram per 1000 KG water However, as temperature and processing time affect the treatment, tests should be carried out to find the optimum dosage.
