Properties:Lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate is a white crystalline powder, which has strong hygroscopicity, easily soluble in water. It also has good solubility in carbonate ester, ether compounds and γ-butyrolactone. Its decomposition temperature is 240℃.
Uses:Lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate is a new type of lithium-ion battery electrolyte additive, which has wide electrochemical window and high conductivity at high and low temperature. It has excellent film forming property, and has almost no corrosion on manganese and iron cathode materials, so it can be used as a film forming additive for lithium-ion battery electrolyte to improve battery cycle life. In the current market, the most commonly used lithium salt is Lithium hexafluorophosphate, but its thermal stability is poor and easy to hydrolysis, and its conductivity is low at low temperature. Therefore, Lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate will be the best lithium salt to replace Lithium hexafluorophosphate in the future.
Storage:It should be packed in a well-closed container, and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid of sunshine. The shelf life is six months.
Packing:1kg, 5kg HDPE bottle
