Technical performance and featrue
1. Y FT series hydraulic valve test bench is suitable for the shell test, seal test and back seal test of flange end valves.
2.It Adopts the sealing method of flange blind plates and uses claws to hold the flange end,so there is no external force on the tested valves, which is in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1392-92JB/T 909-99 and API 598.
3. The right workbench can be turned over 90 degrees,for the convenience of carrying valve and seal test.
4. Test medium can be chosen by user. It can be water air or kerosene.
5. Test bench has low and high pressure water pump and water booster.There is an air connection reserved for air pump.
6. Water and hydraulic coil can be cycle used.
7. The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system.When using it,the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be changed by itself. So it can reduce oil temperature, elongate the life of valve test bench.
8. PLC control touchscreen display pressure diagram and printer system is optional.
9.Safety door is optional.

YFT - Valve Testing Bench Technical Proposal
Model YFT is a kind of valve testing bench applied with electro-mechanical
and hydraulic system at a high technological level and high level automation. Touch
screen and PLC system is optional.
It is driven by hydraulic power to clamp cylinder move and turn the left
workbench over and rotate the clamping. Meanwhile, the high pressure is generated
by high pressure pump(input air drive pump can be applied) driven by oil, and the low
pressure of water as testing medium could be generated by low pressure water pump.
In addition, the pressure could be compensated automatically (It’s up to the operator
whether to do it or not). The whole operation can be handled manually through needle
valve or by touch screen and PLC automation control system and electrical control
system.
3(4 or 6)clamps are set on both sides of workbench to move synchronously in radial
direction and to clamp and release synchronously in axial direction. And the right
workbench can be turned over with an angle of 0~90°to check and inspect the sealing
properly. The left workbench and be moved in radial direction to suit the valves
with different length.
