PAYMENT: 40% ON THE CONTRACT SIGNATURE and 60% AGAINST SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS IN THE PORT OF ITAQUI, IN BRAZIL.

PRICE FAS VILA DO CONDE: $ 180/MT (INCOTERM 2010)

COMISSION: $2.00/MT.

* Over price 50/50.

PAYMENT: 40% ON THE CONTRACT SIGNATURE and 60% ON THE DELIVERY FAS THE PORT OF VILA DO CONDE PORT, IN THE STATE OF PARÁ, BRAZIL.

* First delivery (FAS or FOB - buyer option) will be 40 days after contract and payment of 40%, according to payment terms informed.

PRICE VALID FOR 5 DAYS UNTIL MARCH 30, 2021.

PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer send LOI/ICPO + BCL/RWA + CIS + BUYER PROFILE + NCND

* LOI TO END SELLER VIA BORDALLO CONSTRUTORA LTDA.

2. Seller answer with SCO/FCO

3. Buyer sign and seal FCO.

4. Seller send SPA

5. Buyer sign and seal SPA and Buyer Bank send TT OR TRANSFERABLE SBLC/DLC with red clause of 40% against contract.

6. First delivery (FAS or FOB - buyer option) will be 40 days after contract and payment of 40%, according to payment terms informed.
