After machining, heat treatment and forming operations, washing of chips, oil or dirt from the metal surface is required. Proper metal cleaner depends on oil, time, temperature and washing facilities. Types of cleaners are petroleum solvent, synthetic, emulsion and alkaline.
Typical cleaner applications are In-process cleaning, Finish cleaning and Rehabilitation cleaning. Major portion of our cleaner business is for the In-process cleaning at automobile and automotive parts industry. Especially our cleaners are very effective to cleaning of water-soluble cutting fluids, neat cutting oils, forming lubricants, heat treatment oils and rust preventives.
