Features
Punch 4300S adds highly refined materials, special oil-improvements and abrasion-, and adhesion resistance additives so expands dies' lifetimes and improves productivity during high speed press.
Punch-4300S provides excellent long-term chemical stability using of excluded unsaturated compounds.
Punch-4300S is an aluminum exclusive press oil product does not exhibit oil staining during high-speed punching with silicon steel plates or electrical thin plates.
Punch-4300S ensures that each sheet can be readily separated through the use of low-boiling-point solvent and special additives during the annealing process.
Punch-4300S is colorless and odorless and has no harmful effect on humans during processing
