The desalted water in the raw material liquid tank are calculated and mixed with methanol to pass into heat exchanger pressurized by feeding pump. The raw material liquid exchanged heat with the decomposition gas in the heat exchanger, which enter the vaporizer after heating. In the vaporizer, the methanol and water continue to vaporize and overheat. Then the overheated mixed gas goes into the reactor in which the reaction temperature is controlled in 230 ~280℃.
