Molecular Sieve 13X is the sodium form of the type X crystal and has a much larger pore opening than the type A crystals. The pore size 13X molecular sieve is about 10 A. It can adsorb any molecular smaller than 10 A. And all molecules which can be adsorbed by Molecular Sieve types 3A, 4A, and 5A can be adsorbed by type 13X.
It is mainly used for refinement since it implements simultaneous absorption for bi-molecule and tri-molecule and can be applied for liquefied and gaseous materials on the whole. Main adsorbing target are carbon dioxide, sulfuretted hydrogen and mercaptan including water, etc.
APPLICATION FIELD:
1. Mainly used to air, to purify material gas in oxygen-making device and to separate out H2O,
CO2and C2H2 from the air. ( In purified air, the content of H2O is almost zero ppm)
2. Used commercially for general gas drying;
3. Air plant feed purification (removal of H2O and CO2);
4. Applied for desulphurization or remove H2S in liquid petroleum hydrocarbon and natural gas
Sweetening (H2S and mercaptan removal);
5.13X APG mol sieve can adsorb both the moisture and polymerization by-products such as
Acetaldehyde and ethylene glycol.
6. Also used to separate out aromatic hydrocarbon in fraction of kerosene and gasoline.
TECHNIQUE SPECIFICATION:
1.6-2.5 sphere, 3-5mm sphere, and 1.6mm cylinder, 3.2mm cylinder is available in stock.
STORAGE:
It should be stored at room temperature, in which the relative humidity is not exceed 90%, and be not exposed in air, and prevented against water, acids and alkalies.
