Mrs.Maeng's Whole-Type Black Red Ginseng-60ml
After cleaning the 4 to 5-year-old ginseng that we farmed, we toss the ginseng in the shade until the outer shell is slightly dry.
The dry outer shell and the firm inside allow the ginseng to retain its moisture when steamed and not burst. To best extract saponin and effective components of the red ginseng, we reduce the temperature as much as possible while the ginseng is steaming at low temperatures.
