NADRI Jjolmyeon noodle carries the essence of traditional noodle strips and thickness.

People often think that Jjolmyeon noodle is rather tough, but NADRI Jjolmyeon is chewy rather than though because of the thickness. NADRI Gan-Jjolmyeon is soy-sauce based jjolmyeon.

Its special sauce is made by mixing, with a golden ratio, 100% homemade soy sauce made by boiling fresh apple, kiwi, banana and onions for 3 hours, and spicy sauce made of 30 ingredients through low-temperature ripening process. The spicy taste is reduced while the savory taste is enhanced for your utmost satisfaction.

Recipe

1.Put the thawed noodles into the boiling water and leave it for 7 minutes.

2. Remove the noodle from boiling water and wash it in running cold water.

Put it in a bowl and mix with the enclosed seasoning, seaweed, and sesame garnish.

Add approximately 80g of vegetables and sesame oil (or perilla oil, olive oil, etc,) to make

“jjolmyeon” much more delicious

3. It is the most delicious when the noodle and seasoning are cold.

NADRI Jjolmyeon is characterized with its thick noodle strips, a unique characteristic found only in Yeongju area, and the savory sauce made through the low-temperature ripening process of 20 days.

The founder, Kim Jeong-Ae's dedication and enthusiasm to food was the driving force that made such differentiation possible. Now, with the second generation representative Jeong Hee-Yoon succeeding to the company, NADRIFOOD started the jjolmyeon manufacturing business to overcome the limitation of local snack bar and to grow the business to the best it could be, by making its jjolmyeon available at home. As a result, NADRI Jjolmyeon has become available online since 2016. Thanks to the good words of mouth that NADRI Jjolmyeon is made by a local jjolmyeon diner of more than 30 years of histroy, now it is available at many renowned and large open markets. In 2018, NADRIFOOD was designated as "100 Year Store" by the Ministry of SMEs and was awarded the "Presidential Citation" in the following year, 2019. However, under the leadership of CEO Jeong Hee-Yoon, NADRIFOOD was not content with the status quo and has pushed itself to achieve

more, or to make products competitive with ones from major firms.

The HACCP certification acquired in 2022, and the export to the largest Korean grocery store in Canada, Han-Nam Mart, are one of the many outcomes NADRIFOOD has attained.

The first export to Canadian store was a hit and now we are getting ready to deliver our products to many other countries, including the USA, Japan and the Philippines.
