Each bowl features our signature chewy udon noodles, a rich and spicy broth that stays true to traditional recipes, and top-quality fish cakes, elevating it beyond any ordinary meal. This premium udon provides a hearty and fulfilling serving, more than enough for one person.
While typical fish cakes found in the market contain about 50% fish content, the fish cakes in 'Nadri Spicy Udon' stand out with over 60% fish content. This not only prevents them from becoming overly greasy but also ensures a delightfully chewy texture, making them a high-quality ingredient in our dish. Next, let's talk about the Nadri Spicy Udon sauce. Our 'Nadri Spicy Udon,' which has been sold since 1986, benefits from our unique know-how in broth preparation. We don't use artificially spicy sauces. Instead, our broth, though not intensely hot, offers a subtle and rich spiciness, delivering a deep and lingering flavor that is uniquely Nadri.
Recipe
1.In a pot, combine 500ml of water (about 3 and a half paper cups) with the spicy udon sauce and bring it to a boil.
2.Once the water is boiling, add the noodles and bite-sized fish cakes, and continue boiling for approximately 2-3 minutes.
* Make sure to stir occasionally to ensure the sauce is well dissolved
3. Towards the end of cooking, add the udon toppings to complete your 'Nadri Spicy Udon.'
* For an even tastier and spicier dish, consider adding ingredients like fried tofu pouches, Cheongyang chili peppers, crown daisy, and seaweed flakes.

NADRI Jjolmyeon is characterized with its thick noodle strips, a unique characteristic found only in Yeongju area, and the savory sauce made through the low-temperature ripening process of 20 days.
The founder, Kim Jeong-Ae's dedication and enthusiasm to food was the driving force that made such differentiation possible. Now, with the second generation representative Jeong Hee-Yoon succeeding to the company, NADRIFOOD started the jjolmyeon manufacturing business to overcome the limitation of local snack bar and to grow the business to the best it could be, by making its jjolmyeon available at home. As a result, NADRI Jjolmyeon has become available online since 2016. Thanks to the good words of mouth that NADRI Jjolmyeon is made by a local jjolmyeon diner of more than 30 years of histroy, now it is available at many renowned and large open markets. In 2018, NADRIFOOD was designated as "100 Year Store" by the Ministry of SMEs and was awarded the "Presidential Citation" in the following year, 2019. However, under the leadership of CEO Jeong Hee-Yoon, NADRIFOOD was not content with the status quo and has pushed itself to achieve
more, or to make products competitive with ones from major firms.
The HACCP certification acquired in 2022, and the export to the largest Korean grocery store in Canada, Han-Nam Mart, are one of the many outcomes NADRIFOOD has attained.
The first export to Canadian store was a hit and now we are getting ready to deliver our products to many other countries, including the USA, Japan and the Philippines.
