'Nfinders had 4times clinical tests to get the long term follow-up result more than a year using MINI pig. On the basis of this clinical trial results(animal test), Nfinders present the first english test report about PDO thread in the world.

Introducing the test result, We selected and used 4 White Yucatan variety pygmy pigs with skin that most closely resembles the structure of human skin. In order to incur the most minimal error in animal experimentation, a sterile breeding and experimental environment was used to house the animals. The revival of the skin as well as the subcutaneous tissue cell activity is influenced by mechanotransduction, namely the cell signal message that occurs after the physical stimulus of the suture. To survey and measure this cell signal message, we will use the growth factor as a guide.

In conclusion, if the suture is inserted, that same area of insertion will see a formation of granulation tissue, and the growth factor will increase as new collagen cellulose and myofibroblast generates and subcutaneous fat cells diminishes. With these results, skin tone becomes brighter, elasticity is maintained meaning tightening has been commenced, and a change in the facial contour/outline occurs.

Further test results can be found clearly on a research data by N-finders.

Mini-pig experiment .. 1year-long experiment come to an end

The mini-pig experiment had began for establishing well founded theory of PDO thread on may 2012.

N.Finders co.,Ltd. has finished its shadow tracking for several months with diverse researching using mini-pig, finally proceed the 1year long term F/up. The mini-pig animal testing and analysis has performed under the command of President Jeunghyun Yoon of the Yeonsei Fam’s Clinic (Eunpyeong office) and Sangsup Kim of Cheongdam Beauty Clinic together, The analysis has performed by Seok-woo Yanf of the yeonsei university SOP pathology department.

This animal testing results were announced at N.Finders co.,Ltd. on board seminar on June 2013.

N.Finders co.,Ltd. to continue its researches in 2014 as well

Upon the new release of N-cog and Derma-spring, the company experimented to find out how other commercial PDO cog threads supported skin. Diverse PDO cog threads were compared and analyzed in an animal testing lab of Orient Bio located in Seongnam by using experimental SD rats. The experimental results are scheduled to be announced in the winter academy of the Aesthetic Surgery & Society and small N.Finders seminars.
