NGS Library Prep Kit is a kit for preparing a library for the next-generation sequencer from fragmented double-stranded DNA and PCR products. By using this product, you can prepare the library easily and quickly. This product ligates the T-overhang adapter after terminal repair and 3’end adenylation of a 1 ng-1 μg double-stranded DNA fragment. If the amount of input DNA is small and the library needs to be amplified, a library with an adapter sequence at the end is low-biased using a high-accuracy PCR enzyme developed using a genetically modified KOD DNA polymerase.
