The high quality spherical rare metals powder was manufactured by the process of PREP(Metal powder's melting point within 600℃~ 3410℃can be produced). The product include titanium alloy(TC4, TC4ELI , TC4ELI , TA7ELI ,TC11 , TA15, TC18, Ti60); Ti-Al alloy(Ti2AlNb , Ti48Al2Cr2Nb ,Ti45Al8Nb , TiAlFeMo); Biomedical titanium alloy(TiTaNbZr , TiNbZr , Ni-Ti…); Refractory and superalloy powder(ta, Nb521 , Mo , W ,CoCrMo , IN718 , IN625 , IN713 ,Hastelloy X …); Spherical alloy steel powder(H13 216L , 304 , A100 ,17-4PH...).

The metal powder has low oxygen content, high sphere rate and good fluidity, the property is very stable, there is almost no hollow powder or satellite powder which can satisfy the different process requirements for the EBM pave powder 3D printing, laser powder coating 3D printing, laser coaxial powder feeding 3D printing, and high-end powder metallurgy.
