Non-metallic Head and Idle sprocket for Sludge collector

Sprocket for the main chain is manufactured as a Double Life(DL) type to ensure the maximum operating life.

The sprocket is composed of body, adaptor and sleeve bearing as a half-splited type.

A adaptor is located between the head sprocket so this adaptor makes it possible that sprockets can be assembled with various sizes of shaft.

It was designed and produced according to ASME, being perfectly compatible with products made from other manufacturers.

There is save rim which is an all-in-one injection mold so to be loaded uniformly on the sprocket.

The contact with the chain of the main body is made on the curved surface on the save rim.

This guarantees long operating life and reduces maintenance cost.

The material is recyclable thermal plasticity high strength engineering plastic that does not cause secondary environmental contamination upon discard.
