It is non-hazardous and has a neutral PH, containing no acids allowing for permanent patching to be done on concrete areas. Application for a Path Hole Repair
· Ensure the area is clean of debris
· Seal the pothole edges and substrates using Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen)
· Fill in hole with Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen)
· Tamp down
Application for First-Time Permanent Repairs
1. Saw cut a ‘picture frame’ around the repair or reinstatement area
2. Ensure the area of clear of debris
3. Seal vertical edges and substrate with Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen)
4. Apply the product to a depth of approximately 45mm / 1.77in and compact it to 30mm / 1.18mm in order to achieve your first layer.
5. Re-apply Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen) to vertical edges before a second layer of Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen) is applied
6. Repeat step 4 to achieve the 60mm / 2.36in depth
