Olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil, free from additives and chemical preservatives, with less than 0,5% acidity, and with a greenish yellow colour, fruity scent, fresh and aromatic. Its chemical characteristics are in agreement with Regulation (EC) nº 2568/91 and amendments.
Our oil is intensely fresh and fruity. Dominant aromas of green and ripe apples are accompanied by others of fresh grass and hints of avocado, citrus and other fruits. In the mouth, the flavors are a remarkable balance between sweetness at the start of the tasting, followed by an almondy flavor and a light and delicate spicy aftertaste in the throat.
