Huangpu economy and technology development areaï¼Be located in Huangpu economy and technology development area, near the joint point of Kaifa Road and 107 National Road, 7 kilometers away from the entrance of Guangshen highway,15kilometers away from Guangzhou downtown, about 8 kilometers away from Huangpu International Terminal. Two warehouses lie there, 3000 and 4000 square meters (effective area), 9.3 meters high water drip line, automatic watering temperature cooling system on the roof, 6 high forklift of 1.5tons equipped. There is a loading and unloading team in both of two warehouses, they work from 8am to 24pm. The warehouse also equips a loading platform. Storage fee: about RMB28 per board a month, it floats according to different products .There now storing Lee Kum Kee sauces, Schick blades, McDonald's food and so on.
Panyu Dashi district: Be located near Panyu Crocodile park. 5 to 6 kilometers away from Xinguang highway and Huanan highway,5 kilometer away from the urban areas. Covers 110 thousands square meters. The areas of each warehouse are 2000\3000\5000\600 square meters, iron roof, 6.5 meters high water drip line,20 forklifts of 1 to 5 tons equipped. There is a loading and unloading team in it, they work from 8am to 24pm. The warehouse also equips a loading platform. Storage fee: about RMB16 per square meters a month, it floats according to different products. There now storing LI-NING garments, Sanku logistics automobile parts ,Wanha , Wanjia Japan imported household appliances, etc.
