[Ehime Prefecture 100% in Ja] Organic Yuzu Flakes

No Addition, No Coloring, No Flavoring

This is a commercial product of 100% yuzu flakes grown organically in Tokushima and Ehime prefectures in Japan. The product has been dried at a low temperature so as not to spoil the aroma of the ingredients. This is blended with the tealeaves to create a fragrant, yuzu-flavored tea. It can be used as an ingredient in tea blends and for cooking and confectionery, too. You may also use it to make chips and powder.
