OXYCOMBI-B Series
1. Juvair is a professional developer and manufacturer of oxygen generators for 20 years and has oxygen generator, oxygen sensor and oxygen analyzer products. Juvair has registered and applied for a patent more than 40 product patents for Oxygen Pressure Swing Adsorption Process in Korea, USA and China.
Juvair's oxygen generators are used in medical(houses, hospitals, oxygen rooms), aquaculture(fish farms, fish transportation units, vessels), water treatment(sewage disposals, waste water treatments), agriculture(aquiculture), industrial(ozone generators, glass crafts), high altitude(alpine areas such as Tibet), oxygen chamber(gym, sauna) and so on.
2. OXYCOMBI-B Series summary
The trend of industrial oxygen generators is changing.
It is evolving into a form with high energy efficiency and ease of repair.
The OXYCOMBI-B series reflects these market requirements.
The modular structure has high flexibility and can be repaired in a short time. And the installation cross section is small. It is characterized by high energy efficiency due to operation of the equipment according to oxygen usage.
3. Introduction of product
1) Shape and structure
The OXYCOMBI-B Series is based on a modular design.
- Oxyunit : Oxygen Generator module produces 93% oxygen 20Lpm.
- Compunit : It has function to supply feed air to Oxyunit and has built-in compressor.
- Boosterunit : Ability to raise the pressure of produced oxygen up to 6.5 bar.
The device can be selected according to the capacity using oxygen.
2)Easy to repair
It is very important that oxygen generators should be easy to repair when replacing consumables such as zeolite or compressor in case of failure.
Since the OXYCOMBI-B series has a modular structure, it has high repairability that can be detached and attached within 10 minutes in case of failure.
3) Energy saving (with proportional control)
OXYCOMBI-B saves operation cost by scaling output according to demand.- Respective oxygen generator modules(oxyunit) can be controlled independently due to modular structure.
This enables variable modular control according to O2 demand changes.
Proportional discharge performance provides significant savings on operating cost.
