Oxytetracycline HCL Injection 5%

(Animal Use Only)

COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains oxytetracycline HCL…….50mg

INDICATIONS:

Alimentary tract,Respiratory and Urogenital tract infections,Septicaemia, and other

susceptible infection of veterinary animals such as Equine,Cattle,Sheep,Goat,Pig,Dog and in poultry

DOSAGE AND ADMINSTRATION:

By intramuscular and intravenous routes in all animals except in layers where it is administered only intramuscularly.

Cattle and Horse:

4-10ml per 100kg body weight.

Pig,Sheep,Goat:

1ml per 10kg body weight.

Dog,Cat,Piglet and Lamb:

0.5-1ml per 5kg body weight

Poultry:1-2ml per hen;each, every 24hours

CAUTIONS:

1. Intramuscular injection should be given deep in large muscle and not more than 20ml at one site of injection, intravenously to be injected slowly.

2. Milk of medicated animal should not be used during the medication and 72 hours after the treatment.

3. Keep out of reach of children.

Withdrawal Period:

Meat-14days

Milk-3days

Storage:

Store in a Cool dry place (between 25℃).
