1. LED Electronic Display System is a multimedia hi-tech product that blended optical, electronic and acoustic signal processing technologies, and it includes the followings: Display screen Control computer and communication system Computer and its related peripheral Video peripheral System software 2. System Features: Available for connection to an external scanner, and accepting various pictures, graphs and handwriting inputs. Accepting video signal (TV, VCR, and LD), and showing dynamic images, and it also can show graphs and animations. The control computer can act as a workstation on network, and read real-time data from specified computer, and show them on its display. Various methods for images display and easy replacement for arranged programs whenever (including play sequence, time length, etc.)
3. Protections for outdoor display
They include waterproof, sun-screen, antistatic, damp proof, anti-freeze (anti-thundering, if necessary) and other features.

24 Month quality guarantee, after 24Month, full support for 2 years in sense of coordination for purchase of parts and accessories at best availed price. During the12-24month warranty time, we will responsible for any damage happened to the display because of the quality fault, not wrong operation, or physical damage. As soon as we confirm that the damage is not caused by manual operation fault, we will deliver the new parts to you by air in 3 days for replacement. If the problem become persist, we will assign our engineers, (They will speak and write in English) on your own cost to help you to resolve all flows. After 12 month, you also will offer the parts for replacement at best market price.
2 Before delivery, we will test the display, and keep it light up for 72 hours, and check all the parts of the display to confirm it is Ok for delivery. We will run special tests to see the colour of display, the intensity, brightness, lumen, kit, and we will allow you to send your engineer to our factory for inspection, and quality control during production and before delivery, we will arrange the delivery after you confirmed the quality of the display is according to your standard.
3 After sale, if you have any questions about your product, you can ask by mail or call, and we will reply you in 2 hours when you get your E-mail or call, and offer as a perfect solution for your problem. If we have a problem to resolve the issue we will dispatch an engineer to your destination.
4 If problem is very difficult to overcome, we would send our engineer to guide the installation for you, or repair. The relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company such as visa, hotel, food, plane ticket for back and forth, and also your esteemed company should pay our staff (from your engineer's departure from Shenzhen) . We would arrange help to our staff visa. If the reason why the screen is not working properly would be your fault you would fully reimburse us and our company according to industry standard.
