WINDINGS

The coil will be assembled with high conductivity of electrolytic copper and will be covered properly with electric insulations to meet specification. The winding will be constructed to have high insulating strength and for smooth circulation of the coiling oil. And the lead wires will be covered with electric insulating paper and wood to be self supported. The winding will be performed by appropriate method to have insulating class and strength specified in the specification. Between the core and high and/or low voltage will be suitably insulated to withstand lightening and abnormal impulse voltage.

CORE

The core will be fabricated as a core type with the cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheet of the best quality with high method devised for minimum no load current and load loss. The overlapping will be carefully provided to reduce the vibrating noise to the minimum when operating and have the mechanical strength to support coil winding.

CASE

Tank will be made of mind steel plate of the best quality and the welding parts will be shortened as possible enough to withstand interior pressure. It will be constructed tightly to prevent oil leakge and have the mechanical strength under the worst conditions when handling and transporting. The steel plate of tank will be made of mild, rigid of a good quality enough to withstand the pressure of 1.0kg/cm2 and the cabinet will be made of at least 3.2mm thickness of steel. The lock will be made of the best quality of steel with rustproof or no-deterioration, which will be opened all with one masterkey. The hinge of the cabinet will be made of stainless steel, and the cabinet will be eq2uipped with the door tobe easily removed.
