We are manufacturers of HIGH QUALITY PET FLAKES from INDIA.... Major specifications are : 0 PPM PVC, almost 0 % (by weight) powder, 5 to 10 PPM of paper pieces (maximum), 5 PPM of HDPE/PP pieces...and 0.75 % moisture (maximum). Our FLAKES are manufactured under strict quality control at every manufacturing stage. Flakes are double-washed with one time washing by Hot water and the second time by almost neutral chemical (pH value : 7.6). We can also offer neutralised pH water batch which will be used while washing the flakes with our ONLINE pH control meter. Our Flakes are used for re-manufacturing PET PREFORMS, CLEAR PET SHEETS and PET Box Strappings as these industries demand very high quality of FLAKES....
