Phoenix Fir belongs to oolong tea. Produced in Fenghuang mountain, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. This area is close to the East China Sea. The climate is warm, the rain is abundant, the clouds arediffuse all year round, the air is humid, the temperature difference between day and night is large, the annual average temperature is about 20 ℃, the annual precipitation is about 1800 mm, the soil is fertile and deep, rich in organic matter and a variety of trace elements, which is conducive to the development of tea trees and the formation of tea polyphenols and aromatic substances.
