We used to have First injection of plastic prototypes then Blowing them on blow molding machine which make the plastic bottles have to be finished by at least two separated machineries: 1st step, getting injection of the plastic prototype (the bottle month and its thread have been preformed). 2nd step, manually putting the plastic prototypes onto the Alveolated heater or Automatic heating conveyer belt for temperature adjustment, and finally transferring them to the blow molding machine for air blowing. Demerits: unhealthy, high cost, inefficiency, bad product co-indentity, high electricity consuming and longer cycle time. As a modern Plastic Engineering Enterprise we conquered these defections and raised the whole manufacturing process to the FULLY AUTOMATIC LEVEL. The injection unit and the blowing molding unit are based upon ONE injection machine, with ONE dedicated blowing mold.
