JH-03 High performance water-reducing type: Polycarbpxylate Superplasticizer
JH-03 is a kind of eco-friendly polycarboxylic water-reducing agent that is well received at home and abroad. It specialized in high water-reducing rate and good concrete retention at the same time. Note: P.O.42.5 standard cement is used in the test, dosage of JH-01 is 0.4%
·Main performance
1. High water-reducing rate: water-reducing rate can reach over 28% when dosage of JH-03 is 0.4%.
2. Less slump loss of concrete: it’s suitable for concrete’s long-distance transpport and pump transport.
3. Good adaptability: it can be used in with kinds of cement and blending admixtures.
4. Low shrinkage, viscosity and bleeding rate of concrete: JH-03 can significantly improve concrete’s stability, durability and workability.
5. Extremely small content of chloride and alkali: JH-03 has no corrosion on steel bars.
6. Stability in use: JH-03 won’t precipitate out in low temperature.
7. Green environmental protection: free of formaldehyde and other toxins.

·Scope of application
JH-03 (50%) can be widely used in all kinds of concrete and cement’s products and projects, for example:
1. Suitable for compounding long-distance transportation pump concrete.
2. Suitable for compounding normal concrete,high-performance concrete,high-strength concrete and ultra-high strength concrete.
3. Suitable for compounding high durable concrete which has impermeability,high ability of keeping collapse and frost-resistance.
4. Suitable for compounding high-performance and high flowing concrete,self-leveling concrete,fair-faced concrete and SCC(self compact concrete).
5. Suitable for compounding concrete which has high dosage of coal ash and mineral powder.
·Usage
1. Recommended dosage (by weight) is 0.25%-0.80% of the cementing materials. The best dosage should be determined according to the particular project conditions and actual materials.
2.JH-03 can’t be used with naphthalene water reducer. Compatibility test should be done when JH-03 is used with other additives.
3. Precise measurement: heavy doped, no adding and mixed with error should be avoided.
·Storage and important notes
1. JH-03 should be store at temperature from 0℃-40℃. Exposure to direct sunlight and rain must be avoided, and mixed with clutter should be avoided.
2. JH-03’s shelf life is as long as 180 days. New test should be done when it beyond warranty period, and can be used when it’s qualified.
3. JH-03 is non-toxic, non-polluting and non-edible. Avoid contact with eyes and allergies. If sprayed in eyes flush with plenty water and check with doctor in hospital.
