Polyester Resin NH-3307

NH3307 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system with excellent flow.

Excellent flow and anti-yellowing;

Good chemical resistance; excellent storage stability;

Super durable weather resistance

Reactivity at 180℃(s, 7% TGIC): 225±30

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 50～100μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10~15min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec) 360~510

Flow(180℃,mm): 25~29

Gloss（60°）： 85±5%

Bending（φ1mm）： Pass
