Product Description and Features：
Polyurea is a two-component material, including A component and B component. The main component of A component is isocyanate prepolymer, B component is amino or polyol compound as raw material. No catalyst, fast curing, can be sprayed on any surface, slope and vertical molding, no flow hanging phenomenon ,5 seconds to gelation,1 minute to reach the walking strength.
Polyurea are not sensitive to moisture and temperature, and are not affected by ambient temperature and humidity during construction (can be constructed under -28℃; can be sprayed and solidified on ice surface).
1.Double component ,100% solid content, free of any volatile organic compounds (VOC), environmentally friendly, pollution-free construction, sanitary construction harmless use.
2. Excellent physical and chemical properties, extremely high tensile impact strength, flexibility, wear resistance, moisture resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance.
3. Good thermal stability, long-term use at 80℃.
4. Good reproduction, continuous, dense coating, no seam, no pinhole, beautiful, practical and durable. 5. Use special spraying equipment, and easy operation.
6. Long life time can be 30-50 years. 7. Good adhesion to steel, wood, concrete, etc.
