This PVDF HD9104 grade is prepared by VDF emulsion polymerization.PVDF has the strongest toughness of fluorine plastics, low friction coefficient, strong corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good weather resistance, good radiation resistance and so on. Chemical structure of fluorine - carbide alloy key combination, this kind of structure with characteristics of shorter key and the hydrogen ions to form the most stable, strong combination, and fluorine carbon coating with special physical and chemical properties, such as not only has a strong abrasion resistance and impact resistance, and in extreme and harsh environment has the very high fade resistance and uv resistance. Because PVDF HD9104 has excellent membrane formation, drug resistance and durability, it can be used to prepare porous membranes and water treatment membranes.

Application
This PVDF HD9104 grade is prepared by VDF emulsion polymerization.The powder,dissolved in some polar solvents (NMP,DMF,DMAC etc) under a certain condition of temperature and agitation,can be coated on some materials,or applied in the preparation of porous membrane,water treatment membrane.
Package
Packing in double layers polyethylene plastic bag,again into paper barrel.Each piece of 25kgs.
