Floating Bridge is made up of multipurpose pontoons, which has extensive adaptability, and new type pontoon-to-pontoon connectors are adopted and their dimensions modularized, the pontoons can be connected up easily and quickly in longitudinal, transverse, T-shape and angular connecting configurations. The floating bridge has two kinds of combination structures, one is the ribbon pontoon bridge and the other one is suspension pontoon bridge. The suspension pontoon bridge can get over the larger velocity of flow than the ribbon pontoon bridge whose maximum working current speed is about 2.5m/s.
