(2) when the fluorescent reagent card is inserted in the analyzer, excitation light irradiation to reagent card testing and quality control, excitation fluorescence immune complex, emitting light are collected and translated into electrical signals, and the strength of the electrical signals and immune complex concentrations were positively correlated, analyzer based on scan signal, according to the quantitative calculation of the appropriate mathematical model, so as to automatically calculate the sample under test is the content of the object under test.
2. Scope of application
