Matcha(Powdered Green Tea) "Soju"
Matcha (powdered green tea) "Soju" is one of the specially developed "EU Matcha Series" products, which meets the EU standards on pesticide residues. Cultivation method of the raw material (tea leaves) of this Matcha product is close to organic cultivation method. Related testing reports are ready for exportation, especially the EU countries.
Soju is Marukyu Koyamaen's basic grade of ceremonial Matcha, which is recommended for making "usucha", i.e. the thin tea. Soju is characterized by a refreshing aroma with a well-balanced flavor between astringent and umami.
