Safety of Speedbar : Reduce risk of Electric accidents
In conventional type of busbar panel, The copper of busbar at the area of cross connection is left naked. And the structure of busbar inside cabinet panel is opened even if there is an acrylic board for protection. There is a high risk of electric accidents to operate and maintain cabinet panel, such as electric shock, electric leakage, short circuit, fire by static electricity and so on. But, Cabinet panel with Speedbar reduces the risk of electric accidents remarkably by block-type of case , which is safe enough to touch with hand. And It makes Speedbar last for a long time.
Effective Design of internal power distribution circuit
In conventional type of busbar system, The position of branch breakers in right & left side is not symmetric because it is impossible to make the phases(R,S,T,N) of right & left connection points symmetric. But, Speedbar can make the right & left side of cabinet panel symmetric and also more compact size.
The method of terminal connection for block-type of addition
The method of terminal connection is the way of adding the second main breaker terminals to the first additional terminals to keep the height of cabinet panel with Speedbar same. The positions of additional terminals are as low as those of main breaker terminals. The gap between main breaker terminals and additional terminals is made like stair type of structure. And it makes the height of cabinet panel with Speedbar same. Block-type of addition with the same height means the economic solution for outbox, stable connection and electric performance.
The case made of fire-resistant material & Tin-coated Copper terminals
The use of fire-resistant material ( ABS fire-resistant & Glass 10%) to reduce the risk of fire. The use of Tin-coated Copper terminals for prevention of oxidation.
