Over 100 sets of high precision CNC machine, reaching the precision range of 0.01mm, the appearance of washer looks as bright as a mirror.

Jinfeng elbow type cold forging machine imported from Taiwan to stamp, the tolerance of cold forging is kept in the range of 0.05mm, largely reduces the dimension of CNC machine to save the cost.

Can be customized according to customers drawing. The precision and accuracy is assured by the professional R&D staff, advanced producing devices, inspection equipment, QC etc. Samples can be offered for inspection and the sampling lead time is about 15-20 days.
