DP-125P acrylic sealant is a one part, ready to use, water based acrylic latex compound with good adhesion to porous surface without primer. Can be applied with most conventional caulking guns or pressurized flow equipment. It is a cost-effective and environmental friendly sealant that ideal for filling of joints in decorating project.

Applications:

Sealing of joints or cracks, such as door frame, window frame, sill, prefab element, stair, wainscot, corrugated roof sheet, chimney, duct, gutter etc.

Suitable Substrates:

concrete, wood, stone, brick, ceramic tile, plasterwork, asbestos cement, glass, metal, aluminum, zinc, painted or primed surfaces and certain abraded plastics etc.

Instruction for use:

To obtain maximum sealing efficiency, the joint must be clean, free of moisture and loose particles. On porous surfaces such as concrete, stone, cement and plaster ,a primer (mixture of one part acrylic sealant and 4-5 parts of water) can be applied.

Application temperature is between +5°C and +40°C. Apply DP-125P acrylic sealant with a hand-operated gun or compressed air gun. Smooth the joint with a wet spatula or moistened sponge immediately after the application as the sealant quickly forms surface skin. Excess sealant can be removed by a wet cloth.

Important:

DP-125P acrylic sealant is not suitable for permanently flexible sealing, not apply it in the cold and humid environment and not use in applications where continuous water immersion.

Storage and shelf life:

It is sensitive to frost and must be kept in tightly closed packing in a frost-proof place. When stored at 16~27°C in original, unopened containers, this product has a shelf life of 16 months from the date of production.
