PVC sheet production process:

1. First step: clear pvc sheet + pvc composite

2. Second step: suitable primer glue on back side

3. Coating: to make all glue dried

Packing information:

1. 500-700 sheets per pallet( 0.8mm thickness)

2. 20 GP load 8 pallets

3.Each pallet covered with 18mm MDF on top sides and steel strip.

Load information:

Protective film cover on surface, and suitable sea freight packing.

20’ container: 5500 sheets with package (size:1220*2440*0.8mm)
