We have a procedure for buy a coal:

1. Buyer send spec coal is LOI and Bank Information,

2. Seller send FCO to Buyer and Buyer sign the FCO if accept condition in FCO.

3. Buyer send FCO was sign and send Draft Contract, Draft LC.

4. Seller sign Draft Contract and DLC.

5. Seller invite Buyer to visit the office and Stockpile.

6. Sign Contract

7. Loading Begins.
